The Prince & The Servant Continues Toward Its 2027 Debut
SEW Animation Studio is continuing development on The Prince & The Servant, the first original animated feature film from The Shareiff E Worrell Company. The project represents an important step forward for the company as it expands its original film slate and continues building stories designed to live beyond a single release.
Set within an original world of royalty, relationships and personal discovery, The Prince & The Servant follows its story largely through the perspective of Prince Zahiem. The film explores the people around him, the expectations placed on him and the relationships that begin to challenge the way he understands his position and the world outside the palace.
The production is being developed with a strong focus on character, emotion and memorable visual storytelling. SEW Animation Studio is working to create a film that feels timeless while still establishing its own identity, characters and mythology within the company’s growing entertainment library.
The project will also serve as an important foundation for the larger animated universe being developed across the studio. Audiences will be introduced to new characters while also discovering connections to other stories and personalities that will continue appearing throughout future SEW Animation productions.
For The Shareiff E Worrell Company, the film represents more than the release of another project. It marks the company’s move into original animated feature filmmaking and reflects the larger goal of creating intellectual property that can grow across entertainment, publishing, consumer products and future experiences.
The Prince & The Servant is currently planned for a Christmas 2027 release. Additional information, character reveals, production updates and first-look material will be shared by The Shareiff E Worrell Company and SEW Animation Studio as development continues.
